Dawn is committing snap fraud. She lives at home with her mother and step father her step father works at syco and also owns a bakery in harrisonburg va. Dawn works for her stepfather and she brags about the asstince she gets. I find it distrubing that she is doing this and bragging about it. When there is other people that could use it.
