This woman's specialty is enticing married men and committed partners, she then cleans them out through guilt and bribery. For over thirty years she has operated an illegal food vending business called Skippydogs, which is a very popular, but illegal hotdog vending truck located on the East side of Hylan blvd. Between Seaver and Stobe Avenues on Staten Island (Richmond County, New York) (See statenislandeats.com) (and type in Skippyshotdogs) for proof of this claim. If you are doing business with this woman please be aware, that as of January 25 she has now been registerd with the New York State Tax and Fraud Division (Building 9, Room 480, W.A. Harrimen Campus, Albany, NY 12227, in addition and including The Federal Tax an Fraud Division which is unaddressed by law in Fresno, California.
