I was the advert for a free trial - pay for the postage only £3.95 taken from my bank on the 4/22 then they applied a debt to my card for £97.95 on 05/10. The bank said this had happened to many people as it was a part of the company DSK to then provided further products if the trail was not returned. I have not received any further products, I don't want them, I would return them. The bank have put a stop on this company so they cant any money in the future or the bank will refund the monies. What a scam I am a pensioner and £97.95 is nearly a weeks pension. What more I am not sure how to get in touch with the company for my money back. Please can you help or advise what best to do next.
