Banc de binary option broker has deduct my credit card account without my permission amount of $500. THey have make an auto deduction to my credit card account without any permission from me. I have request to close my trading account but never get replied from my broker representatives Richard Kitts. I also have request to withdraw my money but It has been denied by broker.
I have report a complaint to Department of Market Surveillance and Investigations. Hope they can return back my money since the procedure is wrong and its not a good practice to any financial institutions.
