I have opened demo account and placed 2 trades and later I logged into real account just to check my balance in a different window. So both demo & real account are open in two different windows & I placed 1 60 sec trade and 3 binary options trade in demo account. But somehow these trades from demo account were moved to real account and I lost all the trades.
It looks like it's some IT glitch in their trading platform. When I attempt to login application should notify/close the previous login or restrict me to login other accounts, instead it's overwrote the other account login.
I have explained the whole situation to my broker and agreed to refund but only if I deposit additional $6000. I refused to make any further deposits and from then broker was not responding to this issue.
