I ordered a free sample and my account was charged for shipping charges. Product has not arrived and it was ordered April 20. On May 3, my account was charged for the product $166.11. I did not authorize this transaction nor has anyone else engaged in this transaction. I did not give permission to the above merchant by telephone, mail or otherwise to charge my account, my card is in my possession.
