I signed up for change of address service on April 5 and moved across country. Spoke with a former neighbor around April 23 because I had not received any forwarded mail. He told me that the postman had asked if I had left a following address because they had not received any address change for me.
I submitted an address change at USPS. GOV on April 23, received a confirmation number in an email, and a follow-up mail confirmation, for another $1.
I still have not received most of my mail and can't help wondering if ChangeMyAddress.com is getting my mail, and releasing only government issued mail to me.
