When you request for your refund you are directed to their support web page where you submit a ticket.
No one ever gets back to you confirming whether the refund will be processed all they send you everytime is an email with the following message;

No mention at all of the refund and evertime when i check on their support pages its status is always pending.
Their toll free USA contact number does not get answered thus there is no-one to talk to.
PLease avoid Mobile Money Code and SWReg who process their payments, avoid at all cost, SCAM!!
