Dear Sir or Madam,
I do not have any card from Nordstroms. Never have and never will. Someone has a card with my personal information attached. I have one of the most common names in America. The fraud according to the first Nordstroms caller the fraud was committed in Spokane. I have never been there and I can prove where I have been every day of this supposed claim. They have been calling me from 866-491-7864. I have worked in law all of my life and am horrified at the audacity of credit collectors when someone that works for their company must have done this. I have never seen a time a person could go into a store and open a card without banking information. Then walk away with $400.00 worth of items and that would work. I do not think so. I should not have said anything when they tried to bate me by saying oh you bank at what bank and said the wrong bank and I said no I bank at this bank to someone on the phone. Thinking that would clear up the problem. So then they pursued me with that information. It is almost impossible to complain as I have no account with them, and I do not even have a card. Much less clothing from their overprised store. I always wondered who would be stupid enough to buy a shirt for $700.00. If this game of force the consumer is totally unexpected from a store such as Nordstroms. But since obviously no customer could go in and buy $400.00 on a card opened with no bank information. I am insulted and feel they owe me a gift card at least for the cruelty of this entire sham. The fact that it could not be me. Does not even matter to them. I do not even bank at the bank they were trying to connect me to in the first call. Every call has been to extract more info about me because I left my phone number on a list to receive sales information about summer clothing sales. Please help me as at my age this is so stressful I cannot take it anymore. The date happened is the date of harassing telephone calls. There was no other action from me in this matter.
