Sit - #039, n-Sleep
Refund - Simmons "Heavenly Bed"

I was defrauded, I bought what I was told over the phone and twice in person, was a "Heavenly Bed". I was VERY clear that it (The heavenly Bed) was the bed I wanted and Sit-n-sleep sales persons including a store manager assured me that I was purchasing just that. They should have just said here is a bed that close to the same as the heavenly bed, but if if it is "The Heavenly Bed" you want then we would have to tell you that ONLY Nordstroms & Westin Hotels are licensed to sell the bed I so desperately wanted. They didn't so now I have a bed that is NOT the Heavenly Bed and it is way too tall. If I would have known Nordstroms & Westin were the ONLY sellers of this mattress, I could have bought the bed at Nordstroms or Westin and they would have told me I had a choice of standard or low profile. Or I might have said maybe I will go back to Sit-n-sleep and buy that bed. Becasue I was defrauded I didn't have that choice.

I demand a total refund and I want the bed I bought from Sit-N-Sleep removed from my home.
