I subscribed to 1 month subscription, and thought I was getting a full report. I ran a check on myself, and my brother. I was lied to, and I thought it over. I called there tool free number explained the situation. He said he could only refund half of it @ 12.93 because i ran some searches and it cost money.
I told him I feel scammed because the report was false, and he said "I'm sorry you feel that way." I told him just run a search on google you'll find allot of angry people there. I also mentioned usacomplaints.com. He asked what else could he do for me. I said give me a full refund, but I know you won't do it.
He asked again, and I said give me a full refund. I kept giving the same answer in a nice calm voice. He said give me a moment. He came back and said "ill give you 2 12.93 refunds its the only way I can do it." So i need to wait 3-5 days, and see where this leads to then once i get reimbursed cancel my card.
