In an unsolicited e-mail from "lift vapor" an electronic cigarette company offering their elec. Cigarette for free, only pay $4.95 s&h. So i ordered it. Now i have a charge on my visa bill for $99.67. I called them, they refuse to let me return the merchandise for credit since i did not cancel within 30 days, which i did not know i had to do. I have talked to 2 different supervisors, will, & wes. They sound like carbon copies of each other, & will not help me.
