N an unsolicited e-mail from "lift vapor" an electronic cigarette company offering their elec. Cigarette for free, only pay $4.95 s&h. So i ordered it. Now i have a charge on my visa bill for $99.67. I called them and the phone call went to some sex phone chat line!!
