A total of twelve hours with two technicians was spent on my computer. There was no problems solved at all. $250.00 was charged to a credit card and I asked for a refund.
Four or five times in the past year a person that I couldn't fully understand, because of broken english, asked to go into my computer for a refund. I did not understand why a credit to my credit card couldn't be arranged. I don't like to allow persons to have access to my computer. On April 17, Madaline, my wife, allowed a person to go into my computer and he arranged a payment of $240.00 to be made through paypal. I followed paypal instrutions and they have informed me that Global PC has not paid them and there I must wait for that payment. What a wild run-a-round.
