Paypal allowed me to register my international credit card in their system (they even charged me with a $1.95 refundable in the next transaction fee for this).
When I tried to use my paypal account; to pay for a computer, (that I need to do my job). Paypal froze the payment and kept the money in their account.
Now, the online vendor (E-com electronics https://www.ecomelectronics.com/) says they can not ship the computer due to paypal holding the payment, and I have been charged with $1449 by my credit card company.
I will not receive the computer on time (or not at all) and my job performance will suffer acordingly; I dont have the money to order another computer, while there are $1449 (my money) floating in the paypal corporate account
I have sent several messages to paypal, asking for a solution, (either send the money to the online vendor or to refund the money to my credit card account) and I have been left with no response.
The people at Paypal are simply ignoring me, if they dont give me my money back; they will steal $1449 from a Central american guy who works really hard for every single dollar he earns. I never imagined an American Corporation could act in such a way.
