I was contacted about magazine subscriptions and discount prices. I was under the impression that this was a one time fee for magazines. My account has now been charged for the second month. I contacted this company and told them to cancel all transactions. I was informed the company would not and if I didn't pay the company would turn me over to collections. I ask to talk to a supervisor and I was informed there was not one. The person "Kim" I spoke with said I was recorded at the time of transaction and wanted to play back what I agreed to. I ask her to record the conversation we were having at present and she would not. This transaction was all done under false pretense and this seems to a be a fraudulent business. Please help me! I now have to cancel my bank account card so this company is not able to have access to my account. What a nightmare. Please stop these people.
