"Registered" and paid in February for oil changes and other car care services. Never got the card from the "voucher" number. Called a month ago: nothing. Called again today a "customer service" number; could only get voicemail, not a person Requested a refund. Have read now at ComplaintBoard that it could be a scam and may be out of business. Please advise how I might get a refund! Many thanks.
