I received a letter from the above so-called company explaining that I may be due a refund on my mortgage. The person explained to me that the above fee of $279.00 is 100% refunadable if they were unable to find me a refund. The number to call is 855-305-2068. When I called a month later to check on the refund review the voicemail said their doors were temporarily closed.
