Received a call from this company but they portrayed themselves as TV Guide callers. They did not give their name as Total Magazine service. They did not say the transaction could not be canceled after 14 days from order. They do not send out the invoice so you can see the discrepancy until after the 14 days. TV Guide is still sending us renewal letters so they have not even sent any information to TV Guide concerning a renewal. They are a scam and use dishonest business practices.
