I called this number thinking I was contacting Apple. I didn't think to question it. I was transferred back and forth between very polite Indian accented employees and "techs" who sounded like young kids who were trying out some off-handed ideas. They asked for a serial number right off, told me my warranty was expired then got me to pay $249 for tech support, as well as an additional $220 for an external hard drive and anti virus software. 2 days later my computer was entirely frozen with an unrecognizable hard drive. At this point I took it in to the apple store where I was told that they had no record that I had spoken to anyone. And that this was a scam. This is the 1st listing on a google search for "apple suppport"
