tel 8045414849— despicable inferior service, made reservations through kayak.com— (inappropriate content removed) poor customer service at hotel, incompetent service personnel— scheduled to stay for three nights - 1st room 323- dirty linen - room stunk-broken furniture-dead bugs in bathroom light fixture - 2nd room 324- picture frames on wall no glass - microwave didn't work-dead bugs in bathroom light fixture - dirty linen-3rd room 325- dirty linen, door would not lock, dead bugs in bathroom light fixture - 4th and final room 329-soiled furniture - raggedy furniture - headboard broken - ironing board broken - soiled furniture chairs— do not waste your time with this location— what a dump— supposed to be a short vacation - instead was a trip of musical rooms, all this occurred on day one - april 30th. Manager (rakesh patel) general manager attempted to credit my account with a one nights credit— not good enough - should receive full refund and company payment for another local hotel. Will contact kayak.com, and corporate office for choice hotels - do not waste your time - you have been warned complete inferior service - don't waste your hard earned money at this location. — feeling angry.
