Horrible company and customer service. I too purchased the Zumbra dvds through a groupon. After not receiving any updates after the order on 2/13, I contacted them on Match 5th. A week later received a non-descript no information email with the one sentence of "Your item is en-route". I responded asking for tracking information etc, no response. Called their listed number, no one answers, voicemail says it is full. Two weeks later, emailed, no response. March 21st contacted Groupon, they never responded, however magically on April 9th received an email from the company with a tracking number. It was showing item "accepted" March 26th. This whole thing was supposed to take no longer then 3 to 4 weeks form order date of 2/13. To date, no communication, no item. Scam business
