I too placed an order on www.pineconepressdesigns.com in October and received an order confirmation email. A few days later I even received a shipping confirmation email. Two weeks went by and I never received the items I purchased. This was really strange because I ordered from this company before and never had any problems. So, I did what any consumer would do and I called the number the company lists on their website. When I didn't get a response I emailed "amber" as instructed on their website. Neither my calls nor my emails were ever returned. I tried for weeks trying to get a hold of someone. Eventually, I got really angry and called my bank. They reversed the payment and credited my account.
