I had started to order a handbag on their site. I was a little alarmed after I put my credit card info in - it directed me to another server to put it in again to complete the payment. At that point I did a little research on the site and found some negative reviews. So I did not complete the order. The site, then, sent me an email asking if I still wanted the handbag. I responded no - but noticed that they DID, in fact, take money out of my account - so I requested a refund. They said they would refund my money. That was on 12/24. I have sent many emails since and received no response. It is April 30th- still no response and no refund. This site needs to be shut down. Big fraud.
