I also went to the web site www.coachoutletestore.com thinking I was purchasing a genuine coach hand bag. When I was finished I went to my e-mail to find the confirmation number, at that time I realized that I had been billed for 2 Hand bags. So I e-mailed the web address and someone did apply right away and confirmed my order and said, "they would refund me the one handbag and send me the other handbag. Well It's been almost 10 days and no refund.
So on November 29th I recieved my handbag only to be very disappointed of how it wasn't genuine. There was no leather patch on the inside with the trademark/number. They put this broche on the front of the handbag which tore the inside plastic. So I immediatly e-mailed them and no response. Other times I have e-mailed them they would respond immediatly. Luckily my bank has reversed the charge for one handbag, because they didn't and they said they would. Now I have to take my time and try to find a address because I never received an invoice (no proof of payment), to try to return this
not authentic hand bag. I will never order anything on-line again.
