I applied for a free trial having only to pay p&p. Then you took a further £195.77 from my account. I DEMAND A REFUND, THIS IS JUST A FRAUDULENT CON! My friend also lives at the same address as me and has paid the trial price, luckily her bank has been in touch of a suspicious activity otherwise how much would you have took from her.
