Selected 3day, defaulted to 30 minute...
I selected the 3 day trial and canceled on the 3rd day. I received the cancelation confirmation. Happened to check my charge card on line and found a billing for $49.99.
I called ibill.com and was told that they had me down for a 30 minute trial. When I told them I selected the 3 day trail, I was told that when the screen changes, it has been known to default to the 30 minute trial. I was told to contact supabill.com and request a refund. It sounded like a good case for a refund. Haven't heard yet.
