Ive been dealing with them since last year. And been trying to cancel my account since, and everytime I call they tell me its too late, and there is nothing they can do. The time that this happened I was unemployed and told them that Im not able to pay, I had money saved in my account from my previous employment and they took it all!!! I had to cancel my account and they kept threating me that they were going to send me to collections if I didnt make any payments. I kept getting final notice's and I finally got tired and called to try and work with them, and once again I asked them to cancel it and they said the same thing, that it was my fault for not closing it in the 30days limit, and I believe I spoke to a manager and she told me that it was my fault, and if I go around and just give my information to anyone, and that I need to grow up and take responsibility! I have never been so disrespected like that before!!! At first my payment was $59.95 and they said they were going to lower it to $39.99, but I recieved a due payment of $59.95 today! I do not have the money to be paying this company! I still have a school loan to pay off! Please help this is pretty much my last resort!
