Tell me why I cancelled my account with these guys three months ago and they send me a final notice stating that I owe them over 350$? This is ridiculous and I want to know what is going on? I told them i would no longer be able to make payments. They told me they could reduce the payments.
I told them no! I just want to cancel. After talking to three different reps, I was informed that my account would be closed. Tell me why I get a FINAL NOTICE in the mail today threating me? This is crazy. I cannot afford 375$ I can barely pay my school. What am I going to do?
