I ordered the saphire ecigs, the free starter kit all i had to pay was the shipping cost. Now, i'm being charged 99.67 for the order. Does not make sense, ad stated it was a free kit. Then ths company went into my account without my consent and took my money. I'm so upset. I hope to get my money back.
