I received a bill for the balance that I owed. I still have it and can show proof where it says - Payment Due Date 04/10. I paid my balance by check and put it in the mail on 3/28 and it cleared my bank on 4/8 which was before the due date. Now, I have been billed a $10 late charge plus a. 50 finance charge.
