Ordered two webkinz on April 6th and never received them. Received e-mail stating they were out of them and were expecting a shipment in the end of May. Gave them two months and never heard from them. Emailed them on 7/19 and they stated that someone would get back to me. They did on July 23 her name was Lynette: We are still out of stock for some of the items in your order. However, we just received a large shipment. If you are interested in expediting your order, we have the following items available to ship right away. I did I told them I wanted Cheeky Monkey and the Cocker Spaniel. I still not receive my webkniz. I emailed them again on 8/2/07 and Arthur e-mailed me again and stated that he was sorry that they would be shpped today (8/2/07). Again I never received my order.
I called today and spoke with Lydia she went over my order and they had messed it up so she fixed it and stated that it would be shipped out today (8/8/07). I guess the order was never shipped when it was promised to me that it had been. I have been very patient since April and still do not have this resolved. I do not think they will be mailing me my order today, I have been told that so many times before.
