I called Coventry for a estimate on an insurance policy. I was quoted at $109.00. I was satisfied with the quote and told the sales rep to email me all of the policy details before I signed anything. He told me that I would need to provide my billing info so that when I decided to go ahead with the policy they could bill me. I wake up this morning to a charge for $122.00. Not the policy I was quoted for. I never even got to read the specifics! I never saw any paperwork, or signed anything agreeing to buy a policy then and there.
They "submitted a request to speak to a supervisor" and submitted a refund and terminated the policy I never agreed to buy.
Completely misleading, unprofessional and i the customer service is THIS bad, I can only imagine what the "coverage" will be. Beware!
