I have submitted my 14 days TRIAL SIZE order face cream from Bellagenix which costed me about 10 USD. After 2 weeks I was informed from my credit card server that I was charged 99.95 USD 2 times on 27 December. I immediately wrote a letter of rejection about this witdrawl and at the same time sent a complaint e-mail to Bellagenix to look into the matter. They replied me back on 3 January saying that I quote "We provide the details of the 14-day trials for customers to read on the page where you put in your credit card info. The details state the 14-day trial start the day the order is placed and if we haven't heard from you within 14 days from the order date, then you agree to keep and purchase the trial bottles. It also states the trials come with the Lifestyles auto-ship program, if the trial has not been cancelled, automatic shipments will be sent out.By submitting your order you acknowledged you read these terms and agreed to them; automatic shipments do not come with a money back guarantee and must be cancelled before they ship out; you do not qualify to return for a refund. Your orders of Veloura and Bellagenix are now closed and there will be no more shipments". So, to cut the story short, the details they mentioned above were'nt in fact on the main page they advertised the product but were on a different link way way below the main page with fine prints which said "terms and conditions". So, my advise to the customers to be for this product is that be aware of this situation and place your orders accordingly, that is to say by placing a trial size order you actually give them permission to charge you 99.95 USD for each bottle unless you stop it within 14 days from the day you submit your trial size order.
