Ripoff no refund and you can never to directly to a person

I bought this product and it definately was not worth 40.00. I returned it 2 months ago and still havent received my refund. You dont get to talk to a person, just a recording that says leave you name and number and someone will call you back. Guess what. I am still waiting on both my call and my money.
