I bought a 55" HD TV from bestbuy.com. When it arrived the people did not put it together like they advertise they do. I thought no big deal I can put a TV together and hook it up I an in I.T. A few days after the install I noticed that there was a blue and a green line that would move up the screen and a loud humming noise coming from the TV. I called BB up and explained to them the problem with the TV. They said they would get a repair person out. Days later after I get a phone call telling that I needed to call another number for repair. I called that number scheduled a person to come out. Days later they new repair person calls me and tells me the TV is with in the 30 day warranty that best buy needed to repair it. I called BB back and got the run around for weeks almost the day of the 30 day warranty. I told them to come pick up the TV and give me a full refund. The rep said no problem and sorry for the hassle did I want to purchase another TV and they would give me a full refund. I said sure I still needed an HD TV. Now 39 days after the pick up I am still waiting to get my refund and have got nothing but the run around and passed to departments that can not or will not help me. What do i do to get my money back from them? I was a loyal customer that has bought 10s of thousands of dollars worth of electronics from them. Not any more. To me it is worth extra I would pay somewhere else not to deal with a company lying and keep a 2000.00 of mine, really don’t they make billions that they have to rip off a hard working person like me? Yes I am still waiting on my refund I have no recoarse.
