Entered two separate orders [by mistake b/c they take your payment info before you begin to shop and you are unable to update or change your order] - called immediately to cancel order and was told to wait 24-48 hours. Kept calling daily and was told to wait... When the 48 hrs was done, they were unable to cancel the orders b/c they were being processed!
Told that upper mgmt would take another 72 hrs to contact me for credit.
This is a horrible company and their outsourced script readers are worthless!
