Tried to order 3 EZ Moves through the internet.
Found that I could not see how many I was ordering before entering my credit card info.
Thinking that there was a mistake, returned to main page and tried to enter 2, again found that there was no way to check my order, or the price of shipping. Called the company to cancel if any orders had gone through and was told that the order (s) was not in their system and wait for 2 hours. Tried again in 2 hours and continued to check until 7 PM that evening. Called this morning and was told that the order was shipped and I could not cancel. Complained that if the order (s) were not in their system the night before how could it be shipped in the morning. Was told that I could return the orders minus the p&h, $79.50, and $31.80. Went into my e-mail and found that I have been charged for 5 items for $249.53 on one order and 2 for $99.81 on another order. These items are supposed to be $19.95 each, but on my e-mail find that I was charged $29.99 each, plus p&h. Have found that this has happened to many people. This is a ploy to make sure you do not know how much you are being charged and for what until it is too late.
