The website gives you a link to "Order Now" for the trial size bottles of Lipozene with Metabo. It then ask for your personal and credit card info. Thereafter it takes you through 11 webpages of other offers finally ending up on the last page showing you your completed order details with links at the bottom that give you the option to Cancel, Edit Order or Confirm Order. Sounds typical and normal, correct? Trouble is, you are already committed to the order once you give them your personal/credit card info. And they do not tell you that!
I was called away and discontinued doing my order at first before reaching the "Confirm Order Link at the last page not knowing I was already committed. So what's the links at the bottom of the final order detail page for anyway? The current running special as well as all other offers should be presented up front to the customer before any kind of commitment is made. I wound up with two seperate orders because of this trick. When I called to cancel, Leonard first said I would have to wait til I receive the orders then send one of them back because the orders were already being processed. After, complaining for a couple of minutes he finally canceled one of the orders. How many people have been duped into paying for more orders than they wanted by this little trick of theirs? It is wrong!
