My Refrigerator stopped working on 3/20. I called Fast Appliance to come and service my Refrigerator. Two men came to repair the refrigerator. The company claimed that you would be charged 80 dollar diagnostic fee, if you decide to fix the refrigerator the diagnostic fee would be deducted from whatever you would be charged to repair the appliance. The two gentlemen claimed that the refrigerator would need 10 ounces of freon at 32 dollars an ounce, bringing my total to 325 dollars. They waived the tax because I paid in cash. The refrigerator worked for 3 days and then shut down again. I called the company back again and they sent the same two gentlemen, and then they claimed it was relay. They then fixed that, and the refrigerator worked for two more days and shut down again. I called the company up the saturday before easter. They sent another gentleman named Roy, he called the company and said we will get you a new refrigerator tomorrow. He said he would email pictures to us so we could pick out the color. No email was sent. I called up the day after Easter and I spoke with Ashley and I asked for my money back minus the company's 80 dollar diagnostic charge. She said we do not do business like that. So I have since filed a report at small claims court. A few days later they sent a letter stating they were going to put a lein on my home, even after I paid my bill in cash. I called up the company and inquiring about the lein. The woman said the issue shouldnt have gotten this far and said I would receive my money back. It is now 4/23 and I have not received any money back. I am currently contacting the BBB, Consumer Affairs, The town Councilman, and the IRS to report their tax evasionm
