I ordered a dog collar on or about Feb. 28 or March 1.2013. The cost of the collar was 59.00and cleared our Bank on March 7th. We have a tracking number (3361587871915391). We have went to the Web site to try and track our number to no avail. Please help. I also see where others have been scamed. Their telephone number goes to a Magic Jack and they will not return our call. Glt
