On march 12 there was an electronic check drawn on my bank account. Check #308 payed to the order of the indentured servants in the amount of $363.98 for the national enquire which i nor my husband ordered. I have filed an afffidavit of forgery with my bank on march 15. I have contacted the national enquire and the federal trade commission regarding this. The only thing i have found out so far was that the draft for the electronic check came from the bank of america.
On april 23 i received in the mail a purchasing invoice from publishers service office out of los angeles, california only the envelpoe came from phoenix, arizona. Postmarked april 19. This purchasing invoice has an order number 438 dated march 25 also stating that after 3 days from the order date all sales are final-no refunds. If the order date states 3-25-13 and the envelope date has 4-19-13 that took more than three days from the order date only to also state to please sign and return immediately to the address above to make sure there are no interruptions to your subscription. Not only did i or my husband order this, i was in the hospital during this time and my husband does not know the routing number or account number on our account. He is 75 years old and has not written a check in over 20 years and has now been in the hospital for a month. Also our address and telephone are incorrect on this paper. I have also tried the telephone number 877-351-0728 on this paper and also the telephone number on this web sight and have left my telephone number with no response. I did not order from this indentured servants company nor do i even know who or what they are. Were they not the slaves years ago? I would like for somkeone to contact me as soon as possible or at the very least have a human answer the phone. I would like for my money to be returned t0o me. I have no interest in this national enquire magazine. I could care less who is getting a divorce, who got a dwi or who has cancer. There are plenty of real people who are going through the same things. You do not see them in a magazine...
