I was called last Friday evening and like a dumb ass I fell for the promise of getting something free. As soon as I hung up and checked on the Internet, I found out that they would be taking money out of my account every month. I immediately called them back and told them to cancel. She told me that I had 7 days of "free" use for the $2.99 and I told her I wanted it canceled now! When I checked the web site, there was a form for me to fill out that would make sure I got my money reimbursed. I called my bank today and not only was it taken out of my account, a ATM international fee was also taken out. I closed my account and called 1-877-332-1490 to complain. The first category was customer service. I pushed that button, waited on hold for 10 minutes and they disconnected me. I called back and pushed the button for billing. I got some rude woman I could hardly understand and she said I couldn't get a refund because I waited until 7 days had passed before I canceled. I told her I wasn't contacted until Friday, April 19 and I canceled the same day. Even if I hadn't canceled until today, only 4 days have passed. She said I signed up on the 13 of April. I said I guess I would just have to call the better business bureau and she hung up on me.
