My son and I went together and bought a Tenvis JPT3815W IP Security Camera from someone on E-Bay. We received the Security Cameras in Jan. We have been trying to program them onto my computer ever since. Last week I told the person working on them to just forget it.
We have contactedTenvis by phone three times and just got a recording to contact tech support by e-mail. I did this no one got back to use.
The person we bought them from on e-bay did give us a couple of other e-mails to try but to no avail. Now It seems like he has also dropped of e-bay. We just can't contact this company.
