Purchased a night vision camera from company and when the camera stopped working tried to contact someone about the warranty got a run around when you call their 1-0866-390-1303 number they tell you to go online to tech support. Filed 10 complaints online with tech support no help finally called to talk to sales act like i was going to purchase another camera as soon as i mentioned what happened with tech support he said he would contact support and get back to me. He called me back 10 minutes later told me problem was resolved i would receive a e mail with information and return shipping from ups well to make a long story short i got SCREWED AGAIN
