I paid $150.00 to renew my yearly membership for the 25th year, and 2 weeks later, the now-replaced manager, Evan Williams, revoked my membership because I had bee vocal about the negligence and poor standard of care in the pool; hot tub; showers, locker room, as well as the filthy equipment.
I am happy to have found another gym which is maintained much better, but I want my money back from Bally's.
I wrote to my local BBB, and was informed by letter that my complaint was forwarded to to Bally Total Fitness 12440 E. Imperial Hwy 300
