I brough my Honda Pilot in to their service department, complaining that my air conditioner was blowing out hot air. They charged me 1,798.00 to replace the compressor. When summer came in June of that year, my air conditioner was still blowing out hot air. They put another part on it, and charged me another 440.00, I complained again, and they refunded me that $440.00, after telling me that they might have to take the dashboard apart, and spend more money, and would not refund my original 1,798.00.in the meantime they gave me a store credit for that amount, for either a used or new car, which I was more interested in a credit card refund. But i lived with it. On March 28 my car stalls out in Norwalk, and it is repaired by Sunoco in Norwalk, and they only charge me $976.00 for another new compressor. I took the old compressor to a Mr John Hauck the service manager, and this morning he is claiming that the compressor that I took to him is not the one he installed. No one else has worked on my car.
