Purchased a 12 month gold membership on Sunday at a cost of £26.99. Code was downloaded straight away but when i typed in to xbox the code has already been redeemed. Trying to contact the company to complain, there is a ticket only contact system, no telephone numbers or address. Every time I submit a ticket to make a complaint, it is never found. No sign of a refund.
