I bought and paid for 2100 microsoft points 0n th 12/4 for £14.95, payment was verified through bank and a code was downloaded to me, on entering this code on xbox marketplace i was informed that it was invalid and had been used, i filled out a ticket on websites homepage to report the problem but have not had a reply. On 13/4 i was sent another download and charged £14.95 again (thinking that my first payment would be cancelled) the second code was identical to the first, i have filled in complaint after complaint but had no response at all. All i want is a refund of £14.95 and a code that is valid.
