I made a purchase for Xbox Live Gold for 26.99GBP. I received an email immediatley with a voucher and code only to find that it had already been redeemed. I opened a complaints ticket and tried to contact them, but nothing. I've contacted my bank to close the card used to purchase the code and will be attempting to claim the monies back ASAP. I've also contacted the Fraud Squad and passed on details. I fear it's all a waste of time though and I can kiss goodbye to my cash. Please be aware...
